Atomic Habits
This is a wonderful dive into behavior and patterns. It is both psychological in its conceptualization as well as practical in approach.

Come as you are.
This book discusses sex and intimacy andI have found it to be wildly helpful for clients expressing struggles in these areas.

Braving the Wilderness
For anyone that is aware of Brene Brown, you won't be surprised when I say this is an excellent book. I am a results driven person. I don't want to just know what the problem is, I want to work on it. What I like about this book is that it approaches shame from a "what do I do next" perspective. We have all be knocked down, let's talk about what resilience really looks like.

Nonviolent Communication
I tend to recommend this book over and over again in a variety of circumstances. This book gives an excellent breakdown of what effective communication can look like. What I like most about it, is while it's concepts are simple, the foundation will save you from reading about 10 other books on communication, relationships, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills. This is a very helpful book.

Love Prescription
One of the things I love about recommending this book, is that it is a short read with solution focused results. You don't need to fix everything to start feeling improvements right now. This is a good read for any relationship.

Daring Greatly
Again, Brene Brown produces quality work on multiple topics. Venerability is how we connect and find fulfillment as humans. Daring greatly speaks to what venerability really is and how to bring more of it into our lives in a productive way.
